Meet the Founder

Before launching Chaya Sura, I spent more than 20 years in Pharmaceutical Sales.

Starting an entirely new career and then building a jewelry company in my late 40s wasn’t exactly part of the plan. But after being laid off in 2022, I saw it as an opportunity to pursue the creative path I’d always felt drawn to.

I’m grateful for my years in corporate and extremely proud of the career I built. Yet throughout those years, creativity was always at the heart of who I was. Whether I was designing spaces in my home, planning beautiful gatherings around the table, sourcing furniture and home décor, or searching for the perfect piece of clothing or jewelry, I always found inspiration in thoughtful design and timeless aesthetics.

I live in Philadelphia- a city girl through and through!

My husband is my best friend and my biggest cheerleader and my family and my friendships are everything to me.

I love yoga and pilates, summers at the shore, being in my kitchen, traveling, and trying new restaurants around town.
